Anaya’s Way Inc. offers low-cost humanitarian and immigration support services. These include:
- Educational programs and community outreach
- Help with organizing and preparing immigration forms
- Guidance on immigration processes, including family-based petitions, humanitarian relief, and citizenship applications
- Referrals to licensed attorneys and accredited legal representatives when appropriate
All immigration legal filings are reviewed and signed by licensed attorneys in good standing.

We aim to keep our services accessible to everyone. Many of our programs are available at reduced cost, and we offer free assistance to those who qualify based on financial need. Contact us for current fee options and eligibility for waivers.
Do you provide legal advice or representation?
Anaya’s Way Inc. is a nonprofit organization with licensed immigration attorneys on staff. All immigration filings are reviewed and signed by attorneys authorized to practice immigration law.
We also work with outside legal counsel when needed and are currently in the process of completing our DOJ Recognition and Accreditation to expand community access.
