Anaya’s Way Immigration Advocates is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing exceptional immigration legal services to underserved communities. We are rapidly growing and offer a range of services including asylum, Adjustment of Status (AOS), J-1 Visa sponsorship, and the H-2A agricultural worker program. We are expanding our team and are looking for proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistants in the Philippines to support our operations and help drive our mission forward.
Position Overview:
We are seeking highly organized and reliable Virtual Assistants based in the Philippines to assist with administrative tasks across our immigration law services and H-2A agricultural worker programs. As a remote member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication with clients, and helping with case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with client intake, documentation, and case preparation for immigration cases (AOS, Asylum, J-1 Sponsorship).
- Manage and update client records using our case management software (Docketwise, Beacons).
- Support the screening and processing of H-2A agricultural worker applicants, ensuring that all necessary documents are completed.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule consultations, follow up on missing documents, and answer general inquiries.
- Help maintain organized and up-to-date files, ensuring all information is accurate and easily accessible.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure operational efficiency and a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Filipino (additional language skills are a plus).
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, ideally in the legal or immigration field.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and case management software (Docketwise, Beacons preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A commitment to supporting clients and contributing to meaningful work in immigration law.
